Charlie plays a crucial role at Carvera, specializing in drafting and leading client services. His drafting expertise encompasses a wide range of technical drawings essential to the development process, including contract drawings, developer and town planning drawings, and working drawings. Another critical aspect of Charlie's role involves obtaining the necessary documents for building permits, ensuring that projects comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. As the team leader for client services, he collaborates closely with Vinuri to maintain strong relationships with clients and project collaborators, providing exceptional support throughout the development process.

Charlie joined Carvera in 2023 after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture. He also holds a Diploma of Building Design obtained in 2019, which has provided him with a solid foundation in both the technical and design aspects of the field.

Outside of work, Charlie maintains an active lifestyle by regularly visiting the gym and enjoys spending time with friends, striking a healthy balance between his professional commitments and personal interests.
